Shawn Doughtery is Reed Design Builder’s budgeting and scheduling project manager. Shawn graduated from Colorado State University 10 years ago with a degree in Construction Management.  Since then, Shawn has had broad experience including working on projects in New Zealand, Denver and Los Angeles. There, he assumed an active role developing and maintaining the property’s infrastructure using alternative building methods. Shawn spent the last seven years in commercial construction, working extensively with all aspects of managing projects including biding and creating budgets, maintaining budgets, contracting with subs and owners, tracking contracts and billing, project scheduling/tracking and working closely with superintendents on the site aspect of jobs.  Since 2013, Shawn has pursued real estate development and construction management consulting in the Denver area.  In that time, he has completed three residential developments ranging from one to five units.
