Ryan Aukland is our Finishes Specialist and Field Manager. Ryan’s excellent attention to detail and creative solutions for custom execution are what makes him our no-nonsense, get-the-job-done, Field Manager.  Ryan confirms quality and integrity are upheld in all that Reed Design Builders completes. With over 15 years in the construction industry, Ryan comes from a background of hardwood flooring, carpet, tile and cabinet sales.  Ryan closely monitors and manages the back end of projects to ensure sub-contractors uphold schedules and project quality. Ryan will do what is necessary to get the job done on-time and on-budget.  With Ryan in your corner, the un-expected’s that pop-up on all construction projects, will be easier to manage and easier to fix.
